In her twenty-plus-year career, Viola has been developing brand and communications strategy to help a diverse range of companies in different industries and sizes grow.

She has advised b-to-b and b-to-c clients at different stages of development, from fast-growing challengers to Fortune 100 companies, and in a wide array of industries, from healthcare to consumer packaged goods, from consumer electronics to household appliances, and from financial services, to telecom and energy.


Viola brings a broad perspective and creativity to solving business problems, having been trained across multiple marketing communication disciplines: brand strategy, advertising, public/investor relations, and market research, both in agency/consulting and in-house environments.

Viola has an MBA and a BA in Economics, both from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor.
