Michael Watras in Italy to present branding insights
Straightline Chairman and CEO Michael Watras traveled to Italy to address audiences at the Bologna Business School and the Business International Executive Club. In attendance were business professionals from 50 companies seeking branding wisdom from the “brand guru” himself.
The presentations examined how Italian companies can develop their potential to simultaneously advance their influence in existing markets and establish themselves as leaders in emerging ones. Michael emphasized strategic branding as an asset to forward-looking businesses pursuing a competitive advantage.
Among the topics covered by Michael was the key role of the CEO in corporate brand transformation. His view that the CEO must wholeheartedly believe in his or her brand in order to be successful is one of the foundational principles of Straightline’s approach to brand strategy.
