A taste of things to come in Fort Collins, Colorado
Congratulations to Ginger and Baker on breaking ground in Fort Collins, Colorado this August. Their project has grown over the past few years from a simple pie shop to an ambitious gathering place for the Fort Collins community, including a retail bakery, a café, a full restaurant, an event space, and a teaching kitchen.
Straightline worked closely with Ginger Graham (Ginger) and Deb Traylor (Baker) to name their evolving business idea and bring to life their vision for the brand. Part urban industrial coffee shop, part farmhouse kitchen, the concept really jelled when the landmark Feeder’s Supply building was identified as the future location. Straightline was tasked with creating a visual brand that could capture the historical charm of the unique building and translate it to more modern aspirations (a significant online offering is planned). We think the logo successfully bridges old and new, and will help to establish Ginger and Baker as a timeless and beloved brand in the community.
As we follow their progress on gingerandbaker.com we wish them lots of luck and eagerly await news of opening day.
